I started this blog to help keep me motivated during my long weight loss journey. I figure if I have a fun way to track my progression I won't be as likely to quit as I would if I were just counting calories on a piece of paper. Of course, I'll be counting more than just calories but saying calories, carbs, trans fat, and saturated fat is quite a mouthful, or in this case, an eyeful since I'm not actually talking.
I'll officially be starting my journey on Sunday since I seem to be mildly obsessive when it comes to beginning something like this in the middle of the week. Until then I'll list a few facts to sort of give an idea as to where I am now and where I want to be.
